Terms of booking.
Effective Date: 8 December 2025
By purchasing a ticket and attending a Cosmic Club event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 All bookings must be made in advance through our official website or approved booking platform.
1.2 Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place.
1.3 Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by The Cosmic Club in writing.
1.4 Event details, including date, time, and venue, will be confirmed via email upon booking.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
2.2 Cancellations made seven (7) days or more prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund.
2.3 Cancellations made less than seven (7) days but more than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event start time are not automatically refundable, but may be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future event at the sole discretion of The Cosmic Club.
2.4 Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the event start time are strictly non-refundable.
2.5 The Cosmic Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or transfer to another event.
3. Event Participation & Conduct
3.1 Voluntary Participation
All activities are voluntary. You may choose to participate at your own comfort level and are not required to engage in any activity that makes you uncomfortable.
3.2 Personal Responsibility
By attending, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk. The Cosmic Club and its organisers, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for personal items, accidents, injuries, or any loss or damage that may occur during the event.
3.3 Respectful Behaviour
All guests are expected to treat others with courtesy, kindness, and respect. Harassment, discrimination, inappropriate behaviour, or any conduct that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable will not be tolerated. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave without refund.
3.4 Consent & Boundaries
All interactions must be consensual. Please respect others' personal boundaries at all times. Any form of unwanted physical contact or verbal harassment is strictly prohibited.
3.5 Health & Safety
If you have a medical condition, allergy, or require special assistance, please inform our staff before the event begins. While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee suitability for all medical conditions.
3.6 Alcohol & Substance Use
Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. The Cosmic Club reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if they appear intoxicated or under the influence of substances.
4. Privacy & Personal Belongings
4.1 Personal Belongings
Please look after your personal belongings at all times. The Cosmic Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
4.2 Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Personal information shared during events should be treated with discretion. Please do not share other attendees' contact details or personal information without their explicit consent.
5. Photography, Video & Media Use
5.1 Event Photography & Filming
The Cosmic Club may photograph, film, and/or audio-record attendees during events for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to:
Social media posts
Website content
Printed materials
Online advertising
Event recap videos or reels
5.2 Consent to Use
By attending our events, you grant The Cosmic Club permission to use images, videos, and recordings featuring you in current and future promotional materials. You will not receive compensation for this use.
5.3 Opting Out
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify our staff upon arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee you will not appear in background shots.
5.4 Guest Photography
Guests may only photograph or record other attendees with their explicit permission. Unauthorised photography or recording is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the event.
6. Age Requirements
6.1 All attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
6.2 Specific events may have additional age brackets (e.g., 40–55, 45–65). Please ensure you meet the age requirements listed for your chosen event.
6.3 The Cosmic Club reserves the right to request identification to verify age upon entry.
7. Right of Admission
7.1 The Cosmic Club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who:
Fails to comply with these terms and conditions
Behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully
Appears intoxicated or under the influence of substances
Poses a risk to the safety or comfort of other guests
7.2 No refund will be provided in cases of refused entry or removal due to misconduct.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cosmic Club, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from your attendance or participation in our events.
8.2 You agree to release and hold harmless The Cosmic Club from any claims, demands, or causes of action related to your participation.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1 The Cosmic Club reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
