Thank you for choosing The Cosmic Club. We're committed to creating meaningful, well-organised events for our community. Please read our refund and no show policy carefully before booking.

1. 7-Day Refunds Policy

1.1 Cosmic Club event tickets are eligible for a full refund if cancelled at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date.

1.2 Refund requests made within seven (7) days of the booked event date are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of plans or schedule conflicts

  • Illness or personal emergencies

  • Inability to attend

  • Dissatisfaction with the event

1.3 Once the seven (7) day cancellation period has passed, all bookings are considered final and non-refundable.

1.4 We plan our events carefully based on confirmed bookings, including venue capacity, catering, materials, and staffing. This policy allows us to deliver a high-quality experience for all attendees.

2. No Shows

2.1 If you do not attend an event you have booked, you will be considered a no show.

2.2 No shows are not eligible for refunds or credits towards future events.

2.3 We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at info@thecosmicclub.com.au. While we cannot offer a refund, notifying us helps us manage event capacity and may allow us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.

3. Transferring Your Ticket

3.1 Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by The Cosmic Club in writing.

3.2 If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your ticket to another person, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event. We will assess your request on a case-by-case basis, however the final decision will be at the discretion of The Cosmic Club.

3.3 The new attendee must meet all event requirements (age bracket, terms and conditions acceptance, etc.) and provide their details before the transfer can be approved.

4. Event Cancellations or Changes by The Cosmic Club

4.1 In the unlikely event that The Cosmic Club needs to cancel or significantly reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue closure, extreme weather, health and safety concerns), ticket holders will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit or transfer to another event of equal value

4.2 The Cosmic Club is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g., travel, accommodation) in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

4.3 Minor changes to event details (e.g., venue location within the same area, slight time adjustments) do not qualify for refunds.

5. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Guests

5.1 The Cosmic Club is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all participants.

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who:

  • Violates our Code of Conduct or Terms of Booking

  • Behaves inappropriately, disrespectfully, or in a manner that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable

  • Appears overly intoxicated or under the influence of substances

  • Fails to meet event requirements (e.g., age restrictions, identification)

5.3 No refund will be provided if a guest is refused entry or removed from an event due to misconduct or failure to comply with our policies.

6. Booking Responsibility

6.1 Please ensure your booking details (name, email, phone number, event date) are correct before completing your purchase.

6.2 By booking and attending an event, you agree to abide by our Terms of Booking, and all policies outlined on our website.

6.3 It is your responsibility to review event details, including date, time, venue, and age requirements, before booking.
